How can phthalates be harmful?
Phthalate candles can be harmful to your lungs and pollute the air around you. This air pollution may lead to aggravated allergies or other symptoms. Some traces have even been linked to illness as serious as breast cancer. We want to make sure that you are safe to burn your candle in your own home. We use ingredients that are phthalate free because something that is used for pleasure and relaxation should not come with side effects.
How do we make our candles?
Our candles are crafted by hand, not a machine. We pour and package every individual candle by hand with care. Detail, precision, and care go into each and every product. Since we do make our candles by hand, you may notice small imperfections on the surface of the wax. This does not impair the quality or use of the candle. If anything, it is an indication that all natural products were used in the making of your candle.
Why do we ensure our products are cruelty free?
None of our candles are made with animal testing and animal derived ingredients. Animal testing and animal derived ingredients cause harm to animals and the environment. Each year, more than 110 million animals die from animal testing. We, as a company, care about that number and hope to lower it by making our candles with organic, safe, and harmless ingredients.
