After receipt of your order, someone from Mspired Room will review the order within 24 hours and send an email requesting approval of proof, shipping address, and fragrance.  Your order will be shipped within 3 – 4 days of approval. Delivery can be expected between 4 – 6 days after shipping. Please cushion for any potential carrier delays.

Orders are prepared and shipped in one week given all order details provided are correct and approved. Please allot for delivery (4 – 6 business days) and any potential delays. Mspired Room cannot guarantee on-time delivery by its carriers (USPS and UPS) and is not responsible for carrier issues.

You’ll need to create a separate order for each shipping address.  Shipping costs will be calculated on each order based location.

No. We do not. However, we do offer slight discounting the more you buy.

No. We do not ship outside of the United States, but hope to expand to do so in the future.

Unfortunately, no. Personalized (custom orders) are not refundable.

Please triple check your shipping address before you submit your order. If the address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once a package leaves our studio, we are unable to make changes to the address.

Once we received a return package. we are happy to re-ship your order once the re-shipment fee has been paid. The fee is: the return shipping fee + cost of new shipping label.

If we do not receive a response within 90 days of a return package, the order will be considered unclaimed and become the property of Mspired Room.  No refunds or credits will be issued.
